Ok, I'm quite sure that many people will get all pissed off about this. Of that I have no doubt. However, hear me out.

I would much rather progress quickly and surely as opposed to spending endless nights wiping to bosses. Hyjal and BT are only so fun after awhile. While there are a dozen things I'd like between the two instances, its really not getting us anywhere. But at the same time neither are the nights spent on Brut. We haven't made any serious progress yet. People can chalk it up to whatever they like. Simple fact is that currently our healers are unable to keep up the tanks. (this has 2 causes. 1) tanks are getting gg'd by a parry mechanic that is tank specific or 2) they're just unable to time heals correctly) Additionally, even if the tanks live to enrage, our best attempt was 16% behind the enrage. This being said, here's the thought.

Lets focus on getting more sunwell gear. Clearing BT and Hyjal and what-not may be somewhat boring, but it is better than wiping to Brut with no real hope of victory. We raid mon-thurs. Instead of killing Kalecgos on the first day of reset (tues), lets leave him up till Mon. Clear the sunwell trash each day before we go to either BT or Hyjal. That's 3 days of drops in sunwell that are pretty much the most powerful items in the game that we have access too. It will give us something productive to do, and hopefully upgrade those of us who are "finished" with gear till we actually can progress. This will also allow those in charge some time to seriously formulate a plan for the raid, recruit the necessary players and then perhaps we can go from there. I'm not saying that we stop Brut. But just leave the bosses in Sunwell for Mon. Clear the trash daily and then go for progression. If we kill Kalec on Tues, that eliminates all the trash and thereby drops from our grasp until the next reset.

In closing, let me stress, I would much rather raid seriously. However, right now we seem unable to do so. I'm not trying to point fingers and lay the blame. BUT, few can argue that raids have not gone well in Sunwell recently and it is my opinion that this might be a good way to alleviate some of the tension that has built and will likely continue to build if a change is not made. Do me a favor, when you atack this post; don't attack me for a coward or any other non-sense. I've been there for every sunwell raid but one. Attack the idea, say its bollocks, I don't care. I'm trying to be pro-active. All the best.
