Do you know what EJ is and have you read the class specific guides pertaining to your class for raiding? No sorry cant say that i have. i looked but i cant find them. but once i find out ill read on it.

Do you use addons to help maximize your healing / dps?   If so,  which ones? yes. Proximo warrior addon. swing and cooldown timers.
