Resto Shaman at 70

Here goes Haruno. I'll be updating this post as the night wears on and my coffee intake increases geometrically.

First build: A build for my playstyle. Keeps my instant ghost wolf and the enhanced mana pool. Sac a few things in resto, but they really don't play out till 80 anyway.
