LF Inscriptionist.... maybe

So with the day of 3.0 here i have so question / looking for help from somone

I know that you can start leveling Inscription up to level 375

I am not sure if we will be able to use glyphs in this patch, I played the Beta did not play the PTR. Or even if people that level Inscription will be able to make glyphs. I did think that we would not be able to make them intill WotLK came out but looking at WotLK wiki i can see the some of the glyphs take a lower level then 376+ to make ( ex. Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave can be made at lvl 250 and Glyph of Chain Heal can be made at lvl 375)

I may be missing something but this tells me that we could get some of the glyphs before WotLK. So I am looking for someone in the guild that i leveling an Inscriptionist to make me the fellowing Glyphs

Major (can only have 2 at lvl 70, you get the 3rd at lvl 80)

Glyph oh Chain Heal lvl 375

Glyph of Water Mastery lvl 275

Minor (not sure what the level need for this are the wiki has ??? next to each minor glyph)

Glyph of Water Breathing

Glyph of Water Walking

Glyph of Water Shield

As i said before i am not even sure if we can get them yet just asking just in case we can so  can find someone to help me out if getting them as soon as i can ( Having a Chain Heal the hits 4 people is hot)
